Copyright Complaints
Even though the website is not designed as a public gallery, copyright issues may still arise from uploads, generated content, support reports, payment disputes, or other service records. Send copyright notices to support@undressgoon.app.
Notice Requirements
Your notice should include:
- Your name, email, mailing address, and phone number if available.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, such as URL, job/content identifier, account details, or other information sufficient to locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If material is removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint, the affected user may send a counter-notification where legally appropriate. A counter-notification should include identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification, consent to the appropriate jurisdiction, contact information, and a physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts involved in repeated or serious copyright violations may be suspended or terminated.
