Credits
Credits let you request generations inside UndressGoon. Credits are not cash, stored value, or a transferable currency. Pack sizes and prices are shown before purchase.
The current website normally spends one credit per image generation, two credits per standard video generation, and four credits per double-length video generation. The applicable cost is displayed before you submit a request and may change based on the selected generation type, duration, promotion, referral, pack, or service setting.
Free and Promotional Credits
Free credits are offered so users can test the service before buying. Promotional and referral credits may be limited, changed, revoked for abuse, or discontinued. They have no cash value.
Failed Generations
When a website generation starts, the backend reserves the required credit. If the job fails because the service cannot complete it, the current backend is designed to refund the reserved credit automatically.
A successfully generated video is not a failed generation and is not normally eligible for a credit refund. AI video generation is probabilistic, and we cannot guarantee an exact outcome. This rule applies even if the visual quality is below your expectations; the audio is missing, inaccurate, out of sync, or does not match; the requested action, motion, framing, anatomy, style, or prompt is not followed exactly; or you otherwise dislike the result. Every completed render consumes compute resources, so the credits used for it remain spent.
At our sole discretion, we may restore some or all credits as a goodwill exception if we determine that a generated video is materially defective or very substantially different from the generation that should reasonably have resulted. A discretionary credit restoration is not guaranteed and does not establish an entitlement or precedent for future requests.
Refunds
Except where required by law, completed credit purchases and spent credits are final and non-refundable. Free credits exist so you can assess quality before purchasing.
We may investigate duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, or fulfillment errors. Contact support with the order ID, payment provider, date, amount, account email, and a short explanation.
Crypto Payments
Crypto checkout is processed by a third-party provider. Crypto payments can be irreversible and may depend on blockchain confirmation and provider status. Sending the wrong coin, chain, amount, or wallet details may be impossible to recover.
Chargebacks and Abuse
Fraudulent disputes, abusive chargebacks, or attempts to use credits without payment may lead to account suspension, loss of promotional credits, and preservation of records needed for dispute response.
