Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of UndressGoon. UndressGoon is operated by ZIAYING LLC, a New Mexico, United States limited liability company.
UndressGoon provides an adult-only AI image-generation service where users can upload images, choose presets or write prompts, and spend credits to request AI-edited outputs. By using the website, bot, checkout, or related services, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
Accounts and Security
Website access currently uses Google login. Telegram account linking may be used to sync a Telegram bot balance, contact support, or use Telegram-based payment options. You are responsible for keeping your Google, Telegram, email, and device access secure.
You must provide accurate account information and may not create accounts or rotate identities to abuse free credits, promotions, referrals, chargeback systems, or safety enforcement.
Credits and Generation Requests
Credits are a limited right to request generations inside the service. Credits are not cash, stored value, a bank balance, or a transferable currency.
The current website normally charges one credit for an image generation, two credits for a standard video generation, and four credits for a double-length video generation. The applicable cost is displayed before you submit a request and may change based on the selected generation type, duration, pack, promotion, referral reward, or service setting. Free or promotional credits may have different limits and can be changed or discontinued.
When a web generation starts, the backend reserves the required credits. If the web generation fails because the service cannot complete the job, the current backend is designed to refund the reserved credits automatically.
Successfully generated videos are not normally eligible for a credit refund. AI video generation is probabilistic, and we cannot guarantee an exact outcome. A completed video remains a successful generation even if its visual quality is below your expectations, its audio is missing, inaccurate, or does not match the video, its action, motion, framing, anatomy, style, or prompt interpretation differs from what you requested, or you otherwise dislike the result. Every successfully generated video consumes compute resources, so the credits used for that generation remain spent.
At our sole discretion, we may restore some or all credits as a goodwill exception if we determine that a generated video is materially defective or very substantially different from the generation that should reasonably have resulted. A discretionary credit restoration is not guaranteed and does not create an entitlement to future refunds.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, distorted, incomplete, or different from the prompt. We do not guarantee that every request will succeed or that every successful output will match your desired style.
Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Credits may be purchased through available payment options. Crypto checkout currently uses a third-party crypto payment provider. Card checkout may be provided through a separate secure payment portal operated by ZIAYING LLC and processed by an approved card payment provider.
You agree to pay all charges you authorize. Crypto transactions may be irreversible once sent. If you believe there was a duplicate charge, unauthorized purchase, or technical fulfillment issue, contact support promptly with the order details.
Refund rules are explained in the Refund & Credit Policy. Except where required by law, purchased credits and completed credit usage are not refundable because free credits are offered so users can assess quality before buying. This includes credits spent on successfully generated videos, subject only to any goodwill exception we choose to make at our sole discretion.
Abusive chargebacks, payment fraud, or attempts to obtain services without payment may lead to account suspension, loss of promotional credits, blocking from future purchases, and preservation of records needed to respond to the dispute.
Image Rights and Consent
You may only upload images that you have the lawful right to use. If an image depicts another identifiable person, you must have the appropriate authorization and consent for the requested adult transformation.
You may not upload images of minors, anyone who appears under 18, secretly obtained intimate images, ex-partner revenge content, classmates, coworkers, friends, celebrities, public figures, or any identifiable person for sexual transformation unless you have the necessary rights and consent.
The Consent & Image Rights Policy is part of these Terms.
Prohibited Use
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. We may reject prompts or generations, remove access, suspend accounts, preserve information, and cooperate with lawful requests when content or behavior appears to violate these Terms, payment-network rules, or law.
We do not guarantee that safety controls detect every violation. You remain responsible for your prompts, uploads, outputs, downloads, and distribution.
User Content and Generated Content
You retain whatever rights you already have in images and prompts you submit. You grant us the rights needed to process, transmit, display to you, troubleshoot, moderate, protect the service, fulfill payments, and operate support.
Generated outputs may be influenced by your prompt, uploaded content, model behavior, safety filters, and third-party infrastructure. We do not claim ownership of rights you independently hold, and we do not grant you rights to content you had no legal right to create or use.
Privacy and Operations Review
The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected and why. The service does not publish a public gallery of your web generations. However, uploads, prompts, generated results, account/session details, and payment/order metadata may be sent to a private operations or moderation channel for abuse prevention, support, fraud review, and service security.
Availability and Changes
The service may be unavailable, rate-limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features, credit prices, pack sizes, promotions, safety filters, payment methods, and model behavior can change.
We may update these Terms. The updated version applies when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts, refuse generations, block payments, or revoke promotional credits when we believe there is fraud, abuse, illegal content, consent violations, payment risk, security risk, or breach of these Terms.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as available and as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement by user-created content, and exact prompt compliance.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for unused credits associated with the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or lost-profit damages.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify the operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your uploads, prompts, generated outputs, distribution, account misuse, payment disputes, rights violations, consent violations, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise.
